400 leading experts in the field, mainly urologists, gynecologists and research scientists from all over the world, were invited to a symposium called "Testosterone Deficiency as a Real Clinical Issue in the Aging Male Population",

The British Medical Journal acknowledges the debate on the Andropause, with the publication of the article "The Male Menopause - does it exist?", jointly written by Dr Duncan Gould, Associate Consultant at the e-Medicine Andrology Center.

The "1st World Congress on Men's Health" is being planned and will be organised by Men's Health Initiative, Institute of Social Medicine, Medical School, University of Vienna, Center of Advanced Medical Education and Health Communication, Medical School, University of Vienna, in cooperation with Municipal Health Planning Department ( MA-L),City of Vienna, United Nations Organisation, Vienna.
